our story

The Bourbon & Bubbles concept came out of a conversation between husband and wife, Paul & Adele Alducin.  Adele was fretting over the look and feel of the liquor stores in the small towns around their rural area.  Many times Adele did not feel comfortable shopping in these locations.  In addition to atmosphere and location of these shops, the lack of champagne, wine and spirits options were disappointing and bottom shelf at best.  Over the next few months, the conversations between husband and wife often drifted back to this topic.  Leading the couple, in 2018, to purchased a small town store and the Bourbon & Bubbles brand was born!
